This is my favorite soon-to-be sister missionary--my younger sister Kristen. She'll be serving in the England London mission, which I'm so excited about because I did a study abroad there and loved it. I'm just not excited about her leaving.

Over the weekend I got the chance to take pictures of my friend Desee’s new baby daughter, Sam. I hadn’t done newborn photography before, but I loved it. Babies are just so cute that you could take the worst picture in the world and it would still look adorable. Seriously, talk about making my job easy.

Look at that pinky finger. She’s ready to have tea with the queen.

This shoot was for the launch of a high-end men's clothing company, Aero Outfitters, inspired by all things vintage aviation. The client only needed a few pictures for an instagram page, so we shot everything in about half an hour. Stylistically they needed something a little more faded/rustic looking, so I tried to keep that in mind.

Confession: the model is my husband. I definitely married up.
